Born beside the Pampa river in Aranmula, home to the storied snake-boat races and the Parthasarathy Temple, this feast has for generations been the centrepiece of Kerala’s grandest community gatherings — a sadya so elaborate and so revered that it has become a legend of its own. This Onam, Tamrinn Hotel brings that legend to Dubai and Sharjah, prepared faithfully by traditional chefs travelling from Kerala for this event alone.
